Here's another thought: I often hear from people who want to meditate and do yoga regularly but just can't establish the routine or generate the discipline. It makes me wonder if their diet (almost always non-vegetarian or semi-vegetarian) is getting in the way. Without exception serious yogis and meditators have embraced a completely vegetarian diet.
