TULSA YOGA MEDITATION CENTER serves our community offering refuge and repair through yoga, Buddhist meditation, Vedic education, Ayurveda (India’s ancient system of health and healing) and Reiki. The center features large windows and light, ample parking, all props necessary for a complete, safe yoga practice as well as cushions, benches and chairs for meditation.

RESTORATIVE YOGA FOR THE LUNAR NEW YEAR - Sunday, February 15 from 2:00 - 3:30 pm. Celebrate the Lunar New Year with restorative yoga. We use lots of yoga props to support the body to down-regulate the nervous system, sleep better and approach life with more calm. Download flyer
YOGA THERAPY FOR BACK AND HIPS - Saturday, February 28 from 10:30 am - 12 noon. This class is especially for people who have pain or limited mobility in lower back, hips, knees and feet. Download flyer
