JANET PARACHIN, PhD., (CYT) has completed over 1900 hours of training in anatomy, therapeutic and restorative yoga, and Ayurveda. She uses therapeutic Yoga to help a client get out of pain. She is a certified Yoga and Ayurveda Wellness Consultant who provides education on diet and lifestyle choices according to the 5000-year-old science of Ayurveda. She incorporates marma therapy and Reiki to help release energy blockages in the body bringing wholeness to mind, body and spirit.
