Just a few minutes of deep breathing each day can make a huge difference to our well-being. Our lung capacity steadily shrinks as we get older and breathe less. In fact, elderly people barely breath at all and their lungs: become full of fluid, which is why they often die of minor respiratory illnesses. We can help to keep ourselves young by expanding our lungs to their full capacity at least once a day - it holds the aging process at bay. - Eric Harrison
