7/8/2018

Bathing is an important way to maintain health according to ayurveda.  A leisurely morning bath relaxes tense muscles, irons out a skin creases and wrinkleS,  opens clogged pores, restores moisture to the tissues, and adds a calming, healing dimension to a new day.

And, if you'd like to charge up the bath, add a few cups of magnesium sulfate (epsom salts).  The addition of these to your bath water will sooth muscles, relieve stiffness and pain, regulate blood sugar and more.

So, drop your morning shower and get up five minutes earlier to enjoy a luxurious, healing morning bath.
