Though organic foods cost a little more, it's likely that people can more than make up the cost in reduced medical expenses.
People who eat organic food are 25% less likely to get cancer than those who do not. That's according to researchers who looked at the diets of 68,000 French adult citizens. They conclude that the reason for lower cancer rates is due to consuming fruits and vegetables which have not been treated with pesticides and insecticides.
