1. Bridge pose - done on the back. Do several rounds up and down.
2. Sphinx pose - done on the stomach. Hold for at least 40 - 60 seconds; then relax and repeat.
3. Fire hydrant pose – done on the knees (sometimes called dog at fire hydrant pose)
Hold for three to five breaths; switch legs.
