From time to time, evaluate who you’re spending time with. The Buddha taught that we become like the people we most associate with. So, take a close look at the people you are frequently see. If they are generally negative, pessimistic, lacking in self-discipline and constantly complaining about life, their attitude can influence your mind and mood.
