Become acquainted with your mind. Get to know it. Are you prone to impatience and anger? Do you compare yourself to others? Are you highly self-critical? Do you react emotionally, explosively? Are you a person who transitions from trauma to drama rapidly? Do small life ripples trigger larger waves? It’s always a wise practice to spend some become aware of your mental patterns and conditioned responses.
