Whenever you feel prolonged anger toward someone over an unfortunate encounter, remember that Buddhism defines that emotion an unwholesome state. Here’s a Buddhist mind experiment to work with which can soften and even remove the anger. It involves right thinking or better thinking about the circumstance. There are four actions to shift the thought.
