During the pandemic lockdowns and isolation, there have been some very creative ways to use the quiet time.  One of the most innovative comes from a group of Tibetan Buddhists who created a "quarantine bingo" game based on Buddhist teachings.  Much like a bingo card, the Tibetan version has suggestions instead of letters and numbers.

Some examples which appear in the boxes include:  Meditate for at least 15 minutes; Contemplate the Four Immeasurables, Offer To Help Someone In Need, Recite a Sutra, Reduce my Judgments, Transform A Negative Habit, Contemplate Imperamence, Read A Dharma Book, Remind Myself Of A Teacher's Advice, Transform A Negative Habit.

One doesn't have to play the Buddhist Bingo game but one can look over the suggestions and work away at one every week and then start the cycle again.
