Yoga has definitely come west.  Now the challenge before us is to unlock its full potential, which is possible only when we are willing to practice it in depth.  I like to contemplate the possibility of a future civilization that lives b such lofty yogic princples as nonharming, kindness, tolerance, cooperation, forgiveness, contentment, peace and genuin happiness.
