Nature is not happy with us today and rightfully so. But if we can change our view of the universe from material exploitation to the search for the cosmic Self and unity with all, then such dangers can be avoided or reduced, and a new Planetary Age can become possible.  - David Frawley

I questioned. Was I sucking life out of the world unceasingly, and not even leaving room within my own perception to see the world except in terms of how it could serve me? Did I ever think, for a moment, how I could serve the world, nature, and the deeper essence of humanity? Ot at least a small portion of it?  - Tiffani Gyatso

These two words – good enough – can be a powerful mantra to embrace because we live in a  the culture which demands that we meet impossible standards.  Everyone should be tall, thin, healthy, wealthy, intelligent, witty, attractive. This can leave us with the feeling of “not enough.”  We fall victim to a downward spiral of believing we are not smart enough, successful enough, wealthy enough, attractive enough, and that we don’t have enough or do enough.  Correct this by adjusting your self-view by focusing on the small, good things you are doing and experiencing.  Repeat this mantra to yourself as often as necessary – good enough! -  Victor M.
