Positive actions always lead to positive ends. Healthy eating not only produces a healthy body but also improves mood. Releasing bitterness and resentment leads to inner-peace. Regular exercise strengthens the body while simultaneously relieving stress, anxiety and depression. Surrounding your self with a few spiritual friends increases your determination to evolve. Expressing gratitude leads to fewer depressive symptoms. Being a positive influence draws people closer to you because they enjoy your energy. Smiling not only lifts your mood but changes the mood of others for the better.
