We’ve all done it: been too critical, too judgmental, too unkind, and spoken too harshly about another person. Once we’re aware of how we have acted, it is important to take steps necessary to neutralize negativity and get ourselves into a better place spiritually, emotionally and mentally. Tap into these three powers: the power of regret (feeling sadness over behavior ); the power of resolve (not to engage in this again); the power of purification (adopting a more positive attitude toward the person); the power of self-awareness (being aware of one single weakness within ourselves rather than seeing the scores of weaknesses in another person).
